सा.का.नि. 87 ( अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( विनियमन ) आदेश , 1998 के खंड 2 के उपखंड ( घ ) के अनुसरण में और उक्त आदेश के अधीन जारी की गई उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. सा.फा.नि. 196 (अ) तारीख 20 मार्च, 2001 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय में वनस्पति, वनस्पति तेल तथा वसा निदेशालय के मुख्य निदेशक श्री पी. के. सरदार को, अगला आदेश होने तक उक्त आदेश के अधीन आयुक्त की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए वनस्पति तेल उत्त्पाद आयुक्त नियुक्त करती है ।

G.S.R. 87 (E) . In pursuance of sub-clause ( d) ofclause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products (Regulation) Order, 1998 and in supersession of the notification of Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution number G.S.R. 196 (E) , dated the 20th March, 2001 issued under the said Order, the Central Government hereby appoints until further orders , Shri P.K. Sardar, Chief Director, Directorate of Vanaspati , Vegetable Oils and Fats in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution, as the Vegetable Oil Products Commissioner , to exercise the powers of the Commissioner under the saidOrder.
