S.O. 242 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16 (1 ) of the Petroleum Rules , 2002 , and in continuation of the Notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas , S.O. 180 (E) and 181 (E) dated 10-2-2004 , the Central Government , in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum inpublic interest , hereby notify the ports as listed below for importing Petroleum in India by sea for a further period of 6(Six) months beyond 12-2-2005 :
का.आ. 242(अ). पेट्रोलियम नियम , 2002 के नियम 16 ( 1 ) के अनुसार प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के तेल और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 10-02-2004 की अधिसूचना सं.का.आ. 180 (अ) और 181 (अ ) के क्रम में, लोक- हित में पेट्रोलियम का आयात किए जाने की आवश्यकता पर विचार करके, केन्द्रीय सरकार, नीचे सूची में दर्शाए जा रहे पत्तनों को एतद्वारा , 12-02-2005 से आगे और 6 ( छः ) महीनों की अवधि तक समुद्र के रास्ते भारत में पेट्रोलियम का आयात करने के लिए अधिसूचित करती है:-
