सा.का.नि. 90( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार, सरकारी स्थान ( अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 के 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन स्कंध ) की दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2003 की अधिसूचना सं. सा. का.नि. 651 ( अ ) , में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, एतद्वारा निम्न तालिका के कॉलम ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास के अधिकारी होने के नाते उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन से सम्पदा अधिकारियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती हैं और उक्त अधिकारी उक्त तालिका के कॉलम ( 2 ) की संगत प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी स्थानों के संबंध में अपने -अपने क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और सम्पदा अधिकारी के कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे:

संयुक्त प्रबंधक प्रशासन , हल्दिया डॉक कॉम्पलैक्स, हल्दिया के सम्मुख दर्शाए गए क्षेत्र को छोड़ कर, कोलकाता पत्तन न्यास से संबंधित और उसके स्वामित्व, नियंत्रण और प्रबंधन में सम्पूर्ण भूमि और परिसर।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd February, 2005
G.S.R. 90(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , and in partial modification of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) ,Notification No. G.S.R. 651 (E ) Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 11th August, 2003 , the Central Government hereby appoints the Officers mentioned in Column (1 ) ofthe Table below, being the officers ofthe Kolkata Port Trust, to be the Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, and the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the Estate Officers by or under the said Act, within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2 ) of the said Table.
