सं. एफ. 1-1 /2005/जेड. सी.सी. संगम ज्ञापन की धारा 4 ( 1 ) और 1860 के सोसायटी अधिनियम XXI के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत उत्तर- मध्य क्षेत्रीय सांस्कृतिक केंद्र, इलाहाबाद के नियमों और विनियमों के तहत् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्यपाल श्री टी . वी. राजेश्वर को उत्तर - मध्य क्षेत्रीय सांस्कृतिक केंद्र, इलाहाबाद के अध्यक्ष के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से नामित करती है ।
