का.आ. 254( अ ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 1.3 और 3.7.8 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा विदेश व्यापार नीति, में निम्नलिखित संशोधित करती है :-
लक्ष्योपरि स्कीम से संबंधित पैरा 3.7.5( च ) को संशोधित कर निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा : -
"किसी भी रूप में सादे व जड़े हुए गहनों सहित सोना, चाँदी, प्लेटिनम और अन्य बहुमूल्य धातुएँ" ।
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd February, 2005 No. 27/2004-2009
S.O. 254 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Paragraph 1.3 and 3.7.8 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Trade Policy:
Para3.7.5 (f) pertaining to the Target Plus scheme is amended to read as under :
"Gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals in any form, including plain and studded jewellery. " This issues in Public Interest .
