सा.का.नि. 106( अ ).- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 76 के साथ पठित, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, विधि अधिकारी ( सेवा की शर्तें ) नियम , 1987 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम विधि अधिकारी ( सेवा की शर्तें ) संशोधन नियम , 2005 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे । 2. विधि अधिकारी ( सेवा की शर्तें ) नियम, 1987 के नियम 8 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) में खंड (घ) और उसकी प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित खंड और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:
" ( ङ) भारत सरकार के किसी मंत्रालय या विभाग या किसी कानूनी संगठन या किसी पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रम को विधिऔर न्याय मंत्रालय, विधि कार्य विभाग के माध्यम से प्राप्त इस संबंध में प्रस्ताव या निर्देश के सिवाए, सलाह नहींदेगा ।"

MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Department of Legal Affairs) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th February, 2005 G.S.R. 106(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by ille proviso io article 309 of the Constitution, read with article 76 of the Constituion, the President, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Law Officers (Conditions of Service ) Rules , 1987 , namely :-
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Law Officers (Conditionsof Service) Amendment Rules , 2005 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Law Officers ( Conditions of Service) Rules, 1987, in rule 8, sub- rule ( 1 ) , after clause (d) and entries thereto, the following clause and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"(e) advise any Ministry or Department of Government of India or any statutory organization or any Public Sector Undertaking unless the proposal or a reference in this regard isreceived through the Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs ." .

(3) GSR 403 (E) , dated the 2nd June, 1999;
(4) GSR 574 (E) , dated the 2nd August , 1999 and (5) GSR 345 (E) , dated the 10th May, 2001 .
