NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th February , 2005 अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 28 फरवरी , 2005
का.आ. 267( अ ).-भारतीय पशुचिकित्सा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1984 ( 1984 का 52 ) के खंड 3 के उपखंड ( 1 ) , ( 3 ) तथा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा डॉ. एस.के. बंदोपाध्याय , पशुपालन आयुक्त, भारत सरकार को उक्त अधिनियम के खंड 3 के उपखंड ( 3 ) की धारा ( ख ) के अनुसार भारतीय पशुचिकितसा परिषद् के पदेन सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है तथा उक्त उद्देश्य के लिए भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( पशुपालन एवं डेयरी विभाग ) की दिनांक 8 जुलाई, 2003 की सं. का.आ. 772( अ) की अधिसूचना को संशोधित करती है, नामतः:-
S.O. 267(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - sections ( 1 ) , (3 ) and ( 6 ) of Section 3 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act , 1984 (52 of 1984) , the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. S.K. Bandyopadhyay , AnimalHusbandry Commissioner, Government of India as ex-OfficioMember of the Veterinary Council of India under clause ( d) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 3 of the said Act , for the said purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department ofAnimal Husbandry and Dairying) Number S.O. 772(E) , dated the 8th July, 2003 , namely :

क्रम संख्या 11 के लिए और कालम 3 में सदस्य ( पदेन ) को नामित करने के संबंध में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएंगी, नामतः :-

Note: Theprincipal notification was published in theGazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section (ii) , dated the 8th July, 2003 and subsequently amended by S.O. 1 (E) dated the 31st December , 2004.
