का.आ. 275( अ ). यतः यहां नीचे उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के संबंध में दिल्ली के मास्टर प्लान-2001 में केन्द्र सरकार का जिन कुछ संशोधनों का प्रस्ताव है उन्हें दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1957 का 61 ) के खण्ड -44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिनांक 18जून, 2004 को सं. का.आ. 704 ( अ ) द्वारा भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में सार्वजनिक सूचना के रूप में प्रकाशित किया गया जिसमें उक्त नोटिस को तारीख के तीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के खण्ड 11 - ए के उपखण्ड ( 3 ) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित आपत्तियां /सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए । 2. यतः प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में कोई आपत्ति/सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुआ और यतः केन्द्र सरकार में मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने के बाद मास्टर प्लान को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतः अब , उक्त अधिनियम के खण्ड 11 - ए के उपखण्ड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से दिल्ली के उक्त मास्टर प्लान 2001 में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उपांतरण
जोन एफ स्थित तथा उत्तर - पूर्व में दिल्ली पब्लिक स्कूल, दक्षिण- पूर्व में 24.0 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क, दक्षिण- पश्चिम में 24.0 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क और पूर्व- पश्चिम में जिला न्यायालय की शेष भूमि से घिरे 1.6 हेक्टेयर ( 4 एकड़ ) के माप के क्षेत्र का भू- उपयोग जिला न्यायालय के अधिकारियों और स्टाफ के लिए रिहायशी आवासों के निर्माण के प्रयोजनार्थ " सरकारी " से बदलकर " रिहायशी " किया जाता है ।

S.O. 275 (E ) . Whereas certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi -2001 regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice 678 G1/2005

[PART II-SEC . 3 ( ii)] vide No. S.O. 704 (E ) dated 18th June, 2004 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1956 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by Sub - section (3) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice.
2. Whereas no objection/ suggestion was received with regard to the proposed modification and whereas the Central Government have , after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi -2001.
3.Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 11 -A of the said Act , the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi - 2001 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India.
Modification
The land use of an area measuring 1.6 hectares (4 acres) located in Zone ' F ' and bounded by the Delhi Public School in the North East , 24.0 mt. wide road in the South East, 24.0 mt . wide road in the South West and balance land of the District Court in the North West is changed from ' Government ' to ' Residential ' for the purpose of construction of residential accommodation for the officials and staff of the District Court .
