सा.का.नि. 145( अ ) - राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सिविल लेखा सेवा ( समूह ' ग ' ) भर्ती नियम, 2000 का और संशोधन करने के लिएनिम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: -
G.S.R. 145(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , The President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central CivilAccounts Service ( Group ' C' ) Recruitment Rules, 2000 namely:-
1.(1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल लेखा सेवा ( समूह ' ग ' ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2005 है ।
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Accounts Service ( Group ' C ' ) Recruitment ( Amendment ) . Rules , 2005 .
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. केन्द्रीय सिविल लेखा सेवा ( समूह ' ग ' ) भर्ती नियम, 2000 की अनुसूची में उपर्युक्त स्तंभ 5 में " चयन सहज्येष्ठता या योग्यता के आधार पर चयन अथवा अचयन पद" शब्दों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित 'को रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
" चयन अथवा अचयन पद".
2. In the Central Civil Accounts Service (Group ' C' ) Recruitment Rules 2000, In the Schedule for the words "Whether selection-cum-seniority or selection by merit or non-selection post" , occurring above the column 5, the following shall be substituted , namely: -

Controller General of Accounts टिप्पणः- मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र, में सं ० सा.का.नि. 614(अ ) , तारीख 11 जुलाई , 2000 द्वारा तारीख 18 जुलाई, 2000 को प्रकाशित किए गए और तत्पश्चात् सं ० सा.का.नि. 788(अ ) , तारीख 30 सितम्बर , 2003 द्वारा संशोधित किए गए जो तारीख 6 अक्तूबर, 2003 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए गए ।
Note: Theprincipal rules were published in the Gazette of India, on 18th July , 2000 vide number G.S.R. 614(E) , dated 11th July 2000 and were subsequently amended vide No. G.S.R. 788 (E) dated 30th September, 2003 , published in the Gazette of India, on 6th October , 2003 .
