का.आ. 282( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार ओषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम , 1940 ( 1940 का 23 ) की धारा 20 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित ओषधियों के वर्गोंके सिवाए ओषधियों के सभी वर्गों की बाबत उत्तर- पूर्वी राज्योंके लिए श्री पार्थज्योति गोगोई , प्रादेशिक ओषधि परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला, गुवाहाटी को सरकारी विश्लेषक नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्ः-
S.O. 282 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (2) of Section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) , the Central Government hereby appoints Sh . Parthajyoti Gogoi, Regional Drug Testing Laboratory , Guwahati , to be Government Analysts for the North Eastern States in respect of all classes of drugs, except the following classes of drugs , namely:-
1. सीरम।
1. Sera.
2. इंजेक्शन के आशय से सीरम प्रोटीन्स का विलयन ।
2. Solution of Serum Proteins intended for injection .
3: वैक्सीन ।
3. Vaccines .
4. जीव विष ।
4. Toxins .
5. प्रतिजन ।
5. Antigens..
6. प्रतिजीव विष ।
6. Anti -toxins.
7. विसंक्रामित शल्यबन्ध और विसंक्रामित सीवन ।
7. Sterilized surgical ligature and sterilized suture .
8. जीवाणु ।
8. Bacteriophages .
9. पशु चिकित्सीय उपयोग के लिए प्रति सीरम ।
9. Anti -Sera for Veterinaryuse .
10. Vaccines for Veterinary use.
10. पशु चिकित्सीय उपयोग के लिए वैक्सीन ।
11. Toxoids for Veterinary use .
11. पशु चिकित्सीय उपयोग के लिए जीव विषाभ ।
12. पशु चिकित्सीय उपयोग के लिए नैदानिक प्रतिजन ।
