सा.का.नि. 153( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, खान और खनिज ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 67 ) की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए, खनिज रियायत नियम, 1960 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खनिज रियायत (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियम, 2005 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. खनिज रियायत नियम, 1960 के नियम 64 घ में, ' मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांतों' शीर्षक के अधीन,
(क ) मामला 1 के शीर्षक में, ' एल्युमिनियम ' शब्द के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"(एलुमिना और एल्युमिनियम धातु निष्कर्षण में उपयोग के लिए प्रेषित बाक्साइट और लेटराइट) ";
(ख) मामला 2 के नीचे स्पष्टीकरण में, एल्युमिनियम शब्द के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"(एलुमिना और एल्युमिनियम धातु निष्कर्षण में उपयोग के लिए प्रेषित बाक्साइट और लेटराइट) ";
(ग ) मामला 3 के शीर्ष में, एल्युमिनियम शब्द के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"(एलुमिना और एल्युमिनियम धातु निष्कर्षण में उपयोग के लिए प्रेषित बाक्साइट और लेटराइट) " ;

G.S.R. 153(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960, namely :-
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Mineral Concession (Second Amendment ) Rules , 2005 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .:
2. In rule 64D ofthe Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 , under the heading ' Guidelines ' :-
(a) In the heading of Case 1 , after the word ' aluminium, ' the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"(bauxite and laterite despatched for use in alumina and aluminium metal extraction)" ;
(b) In the Explanation below Case 2, after the word aluminium, the following shall be inserted, namely :-
"(bauxite and laterite despatched for use in alumina and aluminium metal extraction) " ;
(c) In the heading of Case 3 , after the word ' aluminium, ' the following shall be inserted , namely:-
"(bauxite and laterite despatched for use in alumina and aluminium metal extraction) " ;
