का.आ. 288 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 599 (अ ) तारीख 19 मई, 2004, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग -2 , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii) तारीख 19 मई, 2004 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में, विद्यमान अनुसूची के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् : -

बिहार और पश्चिम बंगाल राज्यों में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 31 के 419.000 कि.मी. से 447.000 कि.मी. तथा 497.000 कि.मी. से 498.000 कि.मी. के प्रस्तावित मार्गाधिकार में पड़ने वाली भूमि का संरचना सहित अथवा संरचना रहित संक्षिप्त वर्णन ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th February , 2005
S.O. 288 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O.599 (E) , dated the 19th May, 2004 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part - Il , section 3 , sub- section (ii ) , dated the 19th May, 2004 , namely: -
In the said notification , for the existing Schedule , the following Schedule shall be substituted , namely: - [भाग II- खण्ड 3 (ii) ]
