का.आ. 297( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन नेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रेड लि. , इन्दौर द्वारा मान्यता के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एकसचेंज को पाम डेरिवेटिव्ज [ अर्थात् कच्चा पाम तेल ( सी पी ओ ) , कच्चा पामोलीन और सी पी ओ रिफाइण्ड में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 30 अक्तूबर, 2007 तक की अवधि के लिए मान्यता प्रदान करती है ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता इस शर्त के अध्याधीन दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों काअनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 7th March, 2005
S.O. 297 (E). The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for grant of recognition, made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) by theNational Board of Trade Limited, Indore and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange till the period ending the 30th October, 2007 in respect of forward contracts in Palm derivatives [ namely, Crude Palm Oil (CPO) , Crude Palmolein and CPO Refined] .
2.The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions asmayfrom time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission.

का.आ. 298( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952का 74 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कि सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पाम कॉम्प्लेक्स (अर्थात् कच्चा पाम तेल, कच्चा पामोलीन सी पी ओ रिफाइण्ड) पर उक्त धारा के उपबंध उस पूरे क्षेत्र में लागू होंगे जिसमें उक्त अधिनियम लागू होता है और अधिसूचना जारी होने की तिथि को इस अधिनियम की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का आगे प्रयोग करते हुए वस्तुओं में भावी सौदा व्यापार बंद होने के समय प्रचलित दर को उस दर के रूप नियत करती है जिस पर उक्त तिथि को या उससे पहले ऐसी कोई अग्रिम संविदा की जाती है और उक्त तिथि के बाद की जाने के लिए शेष रहती है तो ऐसी स्थिति में उसे बंद हुआ माना जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th March, 2005
S.O. 298 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of Section 15 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions of the said section shall applyto palm complex ( i.e. crude palm oil , crude palmolive and cpo refined) , in the whole ofthe territories to which the said Aci extends with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette ; and further in exercise ofthe powers conferredby Section 16 of the said Act, fixes the rate prevailing at the time at which the forward market in the said goods closed on the date of this notification , as the rate at which any such forward contract entered into on or before the date of this notification and remaining to be performed after the said date shall be deemed to be closed.
