का.आ. 302( अ) -राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 77 के खण्ड ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार ( कार्य-आबंटन) नियम , 1961 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारत सरकार ( कार्य- आबंटन ) ( दो सौ अस्सीवां संशोधन ) नियम, 2005 है ।
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत सरकार ( कार्य-आबंटन ) नियम , 1961 में,-
(1 ) प्रथम अनुसूची में, " 1. कृषि मंत्रालय " शीर्षक के अधीन, " ( iii ) पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग " उपशीर्षक के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उपशीर्षक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
" ( iii ) पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग";
(2) द्वितीय अनुसूची में ,-
(i) " कृषि मंत्रालय " शीर्षक के अधीन, " ग. पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग " उपशीर्षक के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उपशीर्षक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" ग. पशुपालन, डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग ";
(ii ) " पंचायती राज मंत्रालय " शीर्षक के अधीन , प्रविष्टि 1 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाएगी , अर्थात्: - " 2. जिला योजना समितियां । " ।

New Delhi , the 9th March, 2005
S.O. 302 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation ofBusiness ) (Two hundred and eightieth Amendment) Rules , 2005 .
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 ,-
(1) in the First Schedule, under the heading " 1. Ministry ofAgriculture (Krishi Mantralaya) " , for the sub- heading " ( iii ) Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (Pashupalan aur Dairy Vibhag) " , the following sub -heading shall be substituted, namely:-
" (iii ) Department of Animal Husbandry , Dairying and Fisheries (Pashupalan , Dairy aur Matsyapalan Vibhag)";
(2) in the Second Schedule,-
(1) under theheading " Ministry of Agriculture (Krishi Mantralaya) " , for the sub -heading "C. Department ofAnimal Husbandry and Dairying (Pashupalan aur Dairy Vibhag ) " , the following sub -heading shall be substituted , namely :-
"C. Department of Animal Husbandry , Dairying and Fisheries (Pashupalan, Dairy aur Matsyapalan Vibhag)";
(ii) under the lieading " Ministry of Panchayati Raj (Panchayati Raj Mantralaya) " , after entry 1 , the following entry shall be added , namely :-
"2. District Planning Committees." .
