सा.का.नि. 169( अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962(1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं . 21 /2002- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 का, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 169(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52of 1962) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 21/2002-Customs , dated the 1stMarch, 2002, namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम सं. 239 , 240, 241 और 242के सामने स्तंभ (5 ) में सभी स्थानों पर दी गई प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर" -" प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।
Inthe said notification, in the Table , against S. Nos. 239, 240, 241 and 242 for the entries occurring in column (5), at all places, the entry " - " shall be substituted.

Note: The principal notification No. 21 /2002 -Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March, 2002 and was last amended vide notification No. 26/2005-Customs , dated the 2nd March, 2005 [G.S.R. 147 (E) , dated the 2ndMarch, 2005].
