नई दिल्ली, 7 मार्च, 2005
New Delhi, the 7th March, 2005 का.आ. 305( अ ) .- भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट ( उपक्रम का अंतरण एवं निरसन) अधिनियम, 2002 की धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तथा इस विभाग की 31 जनवरी, 2005 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के क्रम में, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्टके विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्य करने में प्रशासक को परामर्श देने तथा उसकी सहायता करने के लिए परामर्शदाता बोर्ड में निम्नलिखित की तत्काल प्रभाव से तथा आगामी आदेशों तक नियुक्ति करती है ।
S.O. 305 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal Act, 2002 ) , and in supersession of this Department's notification of even number dated January 31 , 2005 the Central Government hereby appoints the following on the Board of Advisers to advise and assist the Administrator in carrying out the management of the Specified Undertaking of Unit Trust of India, with immediate effect , and until further orders .
(क) श्री अनुराग गोयल, अपर सचिव ( व्यय ) आर्थिक कार्य विभाग , वित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ।
(a) Shri Anurag Goel , Additional Secretary (Expenditure) Department of Economic Affairs , Ministry ofFinance , Government of India.
(ख ) श्री यू. के. सिन्हा, संयुक्त सचिव ( पूंजी बाजार ) , आर्थिक कार्य विभाग , वित्त मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार।
(ग ) श्री आर. वी. शास्त्री, सेवानिवृत्त सीएमडी, केनरा बैंक ।
(b) Shri U.K. Sinha, Joint Secretary ( Capital Markets) Department of Economic Affairs , Ministry ofFinance , Government of India.

2. पद छोड़ने, त्यागपत्र देने/हटाए जाने, वेतन तथा भत्तों इत्यादि के संबंध में उनकी नियुक्ति शर्तें तथा निबंधन यूटीआई का विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम (योजनाओं का प्रबंधन , आस्तियां, निवेश, परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति की शर्तें, शुल्क, भत्ते, पदावधि एवं प्रकीर्ण प्रावधान ) योजना, 2003 केअनुसार होंगे।
2. The terms and conditions of their appointments regarding vacation of office , resignation/ removal , salary and allowances etc. shall be as per the Specified Undertaking of UTI (Management of Schemes , Assets , Investment, Terms of Office, Fees , Allowances and conditions of appointment of Advisers and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme , 2003 .
