नई दिल्ली, 11 मार्च, 2005 सं. 21/2005- सीमाशुल्क ( एन.टी. )
New Delhi , the 11th March, 2005 No. 21/2005-CUSTOMS (N.T. ) का.आ. 306 ( अ ) .- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की लपधारा (1 ) केखंड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालयके राजस्वविभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 62/94- सीमाशुल्क (एन.टी. ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
S.O. 306(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) ofSub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment inthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/ 94- Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994 , namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में गुजरात राज्य से संबंधित क्रम सं. 5के सामने स्तंभ ( 3 ) में, मद ( 30 ) और उससे संबंधित स्तंभ ( 4 ) में की प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
Inthe said notification , in the Table , against serial number 5 relating to State of Gujarat, in column (3 ) , after item (30) and the entries relating thereto in column (4) , the following shall be inserted, namely:-

" (31 ) हजीरा ( सूरत ) आयातित माल की उतराई और निर्यात माल या ऐसे माल के किसी वर्ग की लदाई । " ।
"(31) Hazira (Surat) Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods." .
