उत्तर पूर्वी क्षेत्र विकास मंत्रालय अधिसूचना
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को अगले आदेशों तक पूर्वोत्तर परिषद् के सदस्य के रूप में मनोनीत करते हैं, अर्थात्:-

(1) श्री पी. पी. श्रीवास्तव, भा.प्र.से. ( सेवानिवृत्त)
(2) श्रीमती आई. के. बरठाकुर, सेवानिवृत्त सलाहकार, योजना आयोग
(3) सदस्य ( उत्तर पूर्व ) , योजना आयोग।
का.आ. 307(अ).-राष्ट्रपति, पूर्वोत्तर परिषद् अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 का 84 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा , केन्द्रीय मंत्री, उत्तर पूर्वी क्षेत्र विकास मंत्रालय को राजकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से अगले आदेशों तक पूर्वोत्तर परिषद् का अध्यक्ष मनोनीत करते हैं ।
2. यह अधिसूचना राजकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावीहोगी ।

S.O. 308 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the North Eastern Council Act, 1971 (84 of 1971 ) , the President hereby nominates, till further orders , the following persons as members of the North Eastern Council, namely:- (1) Shri P. P. Shrivastav, I.A.S. (Retd. ) S.O. 307 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of Section 3 of the North Eastern Council Act, 1971 (84 of 1971 ) , the President hereby nominates the Union Minister of Development of North Eastern Regionto be the Chairman of the North Eastern Council with effect on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette until further orders .
