का.आ. 309 अ ).- भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन) नियमावली , 19/5 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अनुसरण में, निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय से आयुर्वेद, सिद्ध एवं यूनानी चिकित्सा पद्धति से प्रत्येक के लिए एक सदस्य, उक्त विश्वविद्यालय के आयुर्वेद संकाय और यूनानी संकाय के सदस्योंद्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किए गए हैं ।
अतएव, उक्त अधिसूचना की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार अब स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के दिनांक 21 अगस्त, 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259 ( अ ) , 1 सितंबर, 1971 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित, में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के तहत निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत सारणी में, निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय के सामने , कॉलम ( 2 ) , (3 ) और ( 4 ) में उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 11th March, 2005
S.O. 309 (E) .-Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of The Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with the rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 , one member for each of the Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani Systems of medicine from the following University have been elected from amongst themselves by the members of Ayurveda faculty and Unani faculty of the said University.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act , the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No. S.O. 3259(E) dated 21st August, 1971 , published in Gazette of India on 1st September, 1971 , namely:-
Inthe said notification, under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub - section ( 1) of Section 3 " , in the Table , for the following University and the entries relating thereto in columns 2 , 3 and 4, the following shall be substituted , namely :--
