G.S.R. 171 (E). The following draft Rules furtherto amend the Employees ' State Insurance ( Central ) Rules, 1950 which the Central Government after consultation with the Employees' State Insurance corporation proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 95 of the Employees insurance Aci , 1948 (34 of 1948) , is hereby published as required by Sub- section ( 1) of the said section for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft Rules will be taken into consideration after 45 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
सा.का.नि. 171 ( अ ) निम्नलिखित प्रारूप नियम, जिन्हें केन्द्रीय सरकार, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 34) की धारा 95 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम के साथ विचार- विमर्श करने के पश्चात् कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (केन्द्रीय ) नियम, 1950 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रारूप नियम उक्त धारा की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा अपेक्षित उन सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना के लिए प्रकाशित करने का प्रस्ताव करती है जिनकी इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, तथा एतद्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों पर सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख के पैंतालीस दिन के बाद विचार किया जाएगा ।
(1) Any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person in respect of the said draft Rules within the period specified above, willbe considered by the Central Government. ( 1 ) उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से उपर्युक्त विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि में कोई आपत्तियां अथवा सुझाव प्राप्त होने पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा उन पर विचार किया जाएगा ।
(2) आपत्तियां तथा सुझाव श्री जे. पी. पति, संयुक्त सचिव, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय , श्रम शक्ति भवन, रफी मार्ग, नई दिल्ली-110001 को भेजे जाएं ।

प्रारूपनियम
( 1 ) ये नियम कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा ( केन्द्रीय ) ( प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2005 कहलाएंगे ।
(1 ) These Rules maybe called the Employees' State Insurance ( Central) ( 1st Amendment ) Rules ,2005 .
( 2) कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (केन्द्रीय ) नियम के नियम 23 क में " पन्द्रह लाख रुपये " शब्दों के स्थान पर " तीन सौ करोड़ रुपये" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
(2) In Rule 23 -A of the Employees' State Insurance (Central) Rules, the words "Rupees fifteen lakhs " shall be substituted by the words "Rupees three hundred crores" .
