सा.का.नि. 177( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 35 ) की धारा 156 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस , पायोनियर काडर ( समूह ' ख ' और समूह ' ग ' ) भर्ती नियम, 1999 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-
2005है ।
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस , पायोनियर काडर ( समूह ' ख ' और समूह ' ग ' पद ) भर्ती (संशोधन ) नियम, (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत - तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस पायोनियर काडर ( समूह ' ख ' और समूह ' ग ' पद) भर्ती नियम, 1999, की अनुसूची में
(क) क्रम संख्या 1 के पद से संबंधित के सामने:-
(i ) स्तंभ ( 2 ) के अधीन प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

*कार्यभार के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है । " ;
(ii) स्तंभ ( 13 ) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
" समूह' ख' विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति ( पदोन्नति एवं स्थायीकरण हेतु ) जिसमें निम्नलिखित होंगे :-
1. उप महानिरीक्षक ( इंजीनियर ) / अपर उप महानिरीक्षक ( इंजीनियर )
अध्यक्ष
2. कमांडेंट ( साधारण ड्यूटी )
सदस्य
3. उप- कमांडेंट ( इंजीनियर )
सदस्य";
(ख) क्रम संख्या 2 के पद से संबंधित के सामने :-
(i) स्तंभ ( 2 ) के अधीन प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्: -

New Delhi , the 16th March, 2005
G.S.R. 177 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b ) of Sub - section (2) of Section 156 of the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force Act , 1992 (35 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indo-TibetanBorder Police , Pioneer Cadre ( Group ' B ' and ' C ' posts ) Recruitment Rules , 1999 , namely :-- (Amendment) Rules, 2005. 1.(1) These rules may be called the Indo- Tibetan Border Police , Pioneer Cadre (Group 'B ' and ' C' posts ) Recruitment (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
1999:- 2. In the Schedule to the Indo- Tibetan Border Police , Pioneer Cadre (Group ' B ' and ' C ' posts ) Recruitment Rules , (a) against the post appeating at serial number 1,
(1) under column (2 ), for the entries , the following entries shall be substituted , namely:---

(b) against the post appearing at serial number 2,--
(1) under column (2 ), for the entries , the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "36* (2005)
