का.आ. 320( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नियंत्रण ( भूमि और यातायात ) अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2003 का 13 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 76 ( अ ) तारीख 20 जनवरी , 2005 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, निम्नलिखित , संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्रम संख्यांक 161 के सामने:-
( i ) राजमार्ग प्रशासन की अधिकारिता का परिनिश्चय करने वाली राजमार्ग की सीमाओं के संबंध में स्तम्भ 3 के अंतर्गत " 28/00- 121/00" प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर " 0/ 00-121 /00 " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
(ii) स्तंभ 5 के अंतर्गत किलोमीटरे में लम्बाई के संबंध में " 93, 2003 " प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 121 , 228+ " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 16th March, 2005
S.O. 320 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act , 2002 ( 13 of 2003 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) number S.O. 76 (E ) dated 20th January, 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- II, Section- 3 , Sub- section (ii ) , namely :-
In the table to the said notification , against serial number 161 :-
(1) under column 3 relating to limits to the Highways defining jurisdiction of Highway Administration, for the entry " 28/00-121/00 " , the entry " 0/00-121 /00 " shall be substituted;
(ii) under column 5 , relating to length in km, for the entry " 93,200+ " , the entry " 121 , 228+ " shall be substituted. [No. NH - 11014/7 /2003 -P & M]
