का.आ. 328( अ ) हज समिति अधिनियम, 2002 ( 2002 का 35 ) की धारा 3 , 4 और 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा श्री संजय सिंह, विदेश मंत्रालय में संयुक्त सचिव ( गल्फ/हज) को श्री आर. दयाकर भारत की हज समिति के पदेन सदस्य के स्थान पर भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से नामित करते हैं ।

New Delhi , the 17th March, 2005
S.O. 328 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Sanjay Singh, Joint Secretary (Gulf/Haj ) in the Ministry of External Affairs inplace of Shri R. Dayakar, as ex-officio member of the Haj Committee of India with effect from the date ofpublication ofthis notification in the Gazette of India .
