S.O. 329 (E) . In pursuance of the notification of theGovernment of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 132 (E) , dated the 15th February, 2000 , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day ofApril , 2005, as the date on which the provisions of the Advocates Act, 1961 (25 of 1961 ) , except Section 30 , shall come into force in the State of Sikkim .
का.आ. 329( अ) भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय के का.आ. 132( अ ) , दिनांक 15 फरवरी , 2000 की अधिसूचना के अनुसरण में, केंद्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 1 अप्रैल , 2005 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है , जिससे अधिवक्ता अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 25 ) के उपबंध, धारा 30 को छोड़कर, सिक्किम राज्य में प्रवृत्त हो जाएंगे ।
