New Delhi , the 18th March, 2005 सा.का.नि. 181(अ)-केन्द्रीय सरकार, पाणिज्य पोत परिपहन अधिनियम, 1958 ( 1958 का 14 ) की धारा 12 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पोत परिवहन के महानिदेशक को मध्यवर्ती प्राधिकारी के रूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है जिसके अधीन सागरगामियों के तैनाती कार्यालयों के निदेशकों का साधारण नियतन होगा । इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से वह अपनी शक्तियों का प्रयोग और अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेगा ।
G.S.R. 181 (E) -In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section ( 2) of Section 12 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 ( 44 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the Director-General of Shipping as the intermediate authority under whose general control the Directors of semen's employment offices shall exercise their powers and discharge their duties with effect from the date publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
