का.आ. 348(अ).-सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 8 ( बी ) के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मैं, जी. वी. नाईक, सीमाशुल्क आयुका, फोचिन-09 फेरल राज्य में स्थित नैसर्स कन्टेनर कोरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड, विल्लिंगटन आइलन्ड, एरणाकुलम जिला परिसर के निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को कोचिन पत्तन में आयातित मेटल स्क्रैप ( धातु स्क्रैप ) और कच्चे काजू को रखने और परीक्षण करने के लिए निम्न तालिका में विनिर्दिष्ट परिसीमा को ' सीमाशुल्क क्षेत्र ' के रूप में घोषित करता हूँ।
