का.आ. 349 ( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग ( किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग खंड/राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर स्थाई पुल/ अस्थाई पुल. के उपयोग के लिए फीस वसूल करना ) नियम , 1997 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 8 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1457(अ), तारीख 20 दिसम्बर, 2003 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) , तारीख 23 दिसम्बर, 2003 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्तअधिसूचना में,-
(क) पैरा 2 में " एफ-40/49, मालवीय औद्योगिक क्षेत्र जयपुर " अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर " ' ओएसिस', 5-8 , वीर विहार क्वींस रोड, जयपुर -302021 " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे;
(ख) " परिभाषाएं" से संबंधित पैरा के खंड ( i ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खंड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
'(i ) " वास्तविक फीस " से 237/500 कि.मी. से 363/885 कि.मी. के लिए इस अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में दी गई आधार फीस केअनुसार जो प्राधिकरण द्वारा अनुमोदित की जाए; सड़क उपयोक्ताओं से वास्तविक रूप से प्रभारित फीस अभिप्रेत है;' ;
(ग) टिप्पणों में, टिप्पण 6 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित टिप्पण जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" 7 सड़क उपयोक्ता, वास्तविक फीस का संदाय केवल प्रथम प्लाजा पर ही करेंगे और पश्चात्वर्ती प्लाजा पर ऐसे भुगतान का सबूत देंगे।"

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 15th March, 2005
S.O. 349 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) read with rule 3 of the National Highways (Collection of Fees by any Person for the Use of Section of National Highways/Permanent Bridge/Temporary Bridge on National Highways) Rules 1997, the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry ofRoad Transport and Highways , number S.O. 1457 (E) , dated the 20th December 2003 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub -section (ii ) dated the 23rd December 2003 , namely :-
Inthe said notification,-
(a) inparagraph 2, for the letter, figures and words " F -48/ 49 , Malviya Industrial Area, Jaipur" , the words and figures " "OASIS ' , 5-8 , Veer Vihar, Queens Road, Jaipur -302021 " shall be substituted;
(b) in theParagraph relating to " Definitions" , for clause (i), the following clause shall be substituted , namely: - '(i) "actual fees" means the fees actually charged from the road users for km 273/500 to km 363/885 as may beapproved by the Authority in accordance with the base fee given in the Schedule to this notification; ' ;
(c) in the Notes , after note 6 , the following note shall be added, namely :-
"7. The road users shall pay the actual fee at the first plaza only and shall provide proof of such payment at the subsequent plaza . " .
