का.आ. 352( अ).- जांच आयोग अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 60 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार शहरी विकास और गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार कीदिनांक 30 अगस्त, 2000 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 788( अ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में पैरा- III के तहत " समय - सीमा " शीर्षक केअंतर्गत उप-पैरा के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप- पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, नामतः : -

समय-सीमा
आयोग अपनी रिपोर्ट यथाशीघ्र सम्भव लेकिन हर हालत में 30 अप्रैल, 2005 तक केन्द्र सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगा । "

MINISTRY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st March, 2005
S.O. 352(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 (60 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation Number S.O. 788 (E) , dated 30th August, 2000 .
In the said Notification, for the sub -para under the heading " Time - frame " under paragraph III, the following sub -paragraph shall be substituted, namely :-
" IIL Connected Issues : XXX Time-frame
The Commission shall submit its report to the Central Government as soon as possible but not later than 30th April, 2005."

Note : The principal Notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide No. S.O. 788 (E) dated the 30th August , 2000 and subsequently amended vide No. S.O. 700 (E ) dated the 4th July 2002; S.O. 313 (E ) dated the 24th March, 2003 ; S.O. 808 (E ) dated the 16th July , 2003 ; S.O. 57 (E) dated the 13th January 2004 , S.O. 869 (E) dated 29th July 2004 and S.O. 87 (E) dated the 25th January, 2005 .
