का.आ. 357( अ )- भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 2 सितम्बर, 2004 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 2 सितम्बर, 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 978 ( अ ), के आंशिक संशोधन में जिसमें सार्वजनिक महत्व के एक निश्चित मामले, अर्थात् दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर, 1992 को अयोध्या में राम जन्म भूमि- बाबरी मस्जिद ढांचे को गिराए जाने की जांच करने के लिए गठित जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया गया था, यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि उक्त आयोग , अर्थात् लिबरहान अयोध्या जांच आयोग , अपनी रिपोर्ट 30 जून, 2005 को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st March, 2005
S.O. 357 ( E) . In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 978 (E) dated 2nd September, 2004 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 2nd September, 2004 extending the tenure of the Commission of Inquiry, to inquire into a definite matter ofpublic importance , namely, the destruction of Ram Janma Bhoomi -Babri Masjid structure at Ayodhya on the 6th December, 1992 , it has been decided that the said Commission , namely, the Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry, will submit its report on or before the 30th June, 2005.
