सं. भा.आ.प. - 18 ( 1 ) /2004-मेड./33323.- भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 102 ) की धारा 33 के साथ पठित धारा 10क के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्, " अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण का कोई नया या उच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम ( अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सहित ) खोलने और अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के किसी पाठ्यक्रम (अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सहित ) में प्रवेश क्षमता बढ़ाने संबंधी विनियमावली, 2000 में पुनः संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1 . संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभः
क) इन विनियमों को " अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण का कोई नया या उच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम (अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सहित) खोलने और अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के किसी पाठ्यक्रम (अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सहित) में प्रवेश क्षमता बढ़ाने संबंधी (संशोधन ) विनियमावली, 2005 कहा जाएगा ।
ख) वे , सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण का कोई नया या उच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम ( अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सहित) खोलने और अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के किसी पाठ्यक्रम ( अध्ययन या प्रशिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सहित) में प्रवेश क्षमता बढ़ाने संबंधी विनियमावली, 2000 में परिशिष्ट- ॥ के पश्चात्, उसके नीचे दी 971 G1/2005

गई मौजूदा " अनुसूची " और " टिप्पणी " निम्नालिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थिापित होगी , अर्थातः-
"अनुसूची स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान पाठ्यक्रम खोलने या उनके संबंध में प्रवेश क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए आवेदन पत्रों की प्राप्ति और केन्द्रीय सरकार तथा भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् द्वारा इस पर कार्रवाई करने के लिए समय अनुसूची

5. आवेदक संस्थान द्वारा अनुमति पत्र के लिए 15 नवंबर तक अनुरोध से संबंधित अपना उत्तर केन्द्रीय सरकार को भेजना
अनुमति पत्र जारी करने के लिए विचार करने 30 नवंबर तक
6 . हेतु भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार से पत्र की प्राप्ति [ भाग III- खण्ड 4 ]

7 . अनुमति पत्र जारी करने के लिए भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार को सिफारिश करना

केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा अनुमति पत्र जारी करना
टिप्पणीः 1. सुपर स्पेशियलिटी पाठ्यक्रमों के संबंध में चूंकि शैक्षिक सत्र का आरंभ 1 अगस्त से होता है , इसलिए कार्रवाई के विभिन्न चरणों के सामने ऊपर दर्शायी गई अंतिम तारीखें साढ़े तीन महीने आगे बढ़ाई जा सकेगी और तद्नुसार केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा अनुमति पत्र जारी करने के अंतिम तारीख 15 जुलाई होगी ।
टिप्पणीः 2. स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा /डिग्री की सीटें और सुपर स्पेशियलिटी पाठ्यक्रमों की सीटें, जिनकी अनुमति सरकार द्वारा किसी वर्ष विशेष के लिए क्रमशः 31 मार्च और 15 जुलाई तक प्रदान की जाती है, उस वर्ष में आरंभ होने वाले शैक्षिक सत्र के संबंध में विद्यार्थियों के दाखले के लिए सीट मैट्रिक्स में ही शामिल होंगी ।
टिप्प्णीः 3. किसी वर्ष विशेष में मई- जून के महीनों में प्राप्त हुए आवेदन पत्रों पर , आगामी वर्ष में आरंभ होने वाले शैक्षिक सत्र के लिए अनुमति प्रदान करने के लिए , विचार किया जाएगा "

[PART III-SEC.4] India,with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Courseof Study or Training ) and increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2000 , namely :-
1. SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT :
(a) These Regulations may be called " The Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training ( including Post- graduate Course of Study or Training ) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training ( including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2005
(b) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .

2. In the opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training ) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training ( including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training ) Regulations , 2000 , after Appendix -II , for the existing ' Schedule' and the ' Note' appearing thereunder, the following shall be substituted , namely: -
" SCHEDULE SCHEDULE FOR RECEIPT OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR OPENING OR TO INCREASE THE ADMISSION CAPACITY IN RESPECT OF POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL COURSES AND ITS PROCESSING BY THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA .

Note-1: Inrespect of Super- specialty courses as the commencement of academic session is from 1 of August, the last dates indicated against the various stages of processing above shall be extendable by three and a half months and accordingly the last date for issue of Letter of Permission by the Central Govt. shall be 15th July.
Note-2: The postgraduate diploma/degree seats and the Super -specialty seats for which permission is granted by the Government respectively up to 31 March and 15th July of any particular year shall only stand included in the seat matrix for admission of students in respect of the academic session commencing inthat year.
Note-3: The applications received in the months of May-June in any particular year shall be considered for grant of permission for the academic session commencing in the succeeding year."
