आ.अ. 8 ( अ ) - निर्वाचक प्रतीक (आरक्षण तथा आबंटन) आदेश, 1968 के पैरा 17 के उप पैरा (2 ) के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 56/2004(1 ) न्यायिक – ।।।, तारीख 03.09.2004 और अधिसूचना सं. 56 / 2005 / न्यायिक- ।।। तारीख 05.01.2005 के द्वारा यथा संशोधित अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 56 / 2004 / न्यायिक- ।।। : तारीख 22.03.2004 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सशोधन करता है, अर्थात्ः-
1. उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी ।। (राज्यीय दलों में)
(i ) बिहार से संबंधित कम सं. 4 के सामने-
(क) विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां स्तम्भ 3 , 4 व 5 में अन्तः स्थापित की जाएंगी -

[PART II-SEC. 3 (ji ) ( ii ) उत्तरांचल से संबंधित कम सं0 25 के सामनेः- " 2. उत्तराखण्ड कान्ति दल " के स्तम्भ 5 के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर " रोचीपूरा , पो . आ. माजरा, देहरादून (उत्तरांचल) " से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
11 उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी ।।। ( रजिस्ट्रीकृत अमान्यता प्राप्त दलों) में - (i ) स्तम्भ 1 , 2 व 3 के अन्तर्गत क. सं. 730 पर विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां क्रमशः अन्तः स्थापित की जाएंगी ।

(ii ) कम सं. 375 में " लोक जन शक्ति पार्टी " से संबंधित स्तम्भ 1 , 2 व 3 की प्रविष्टियां हटाई जाएगी ।
(iii ) कम सं ० 336 के सामने स्तम्भ 2 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियां " राष्ट्रीय कमजोर वर्ग संघ " प्रविष्टि द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
( iv)क्रम सं0 448 के सामने स्तम्भ 3 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियां " सं. 34, कोलाडी रोड, थीरूवरकाडू पी० ओ० चैन्नई तमिललाडू " प्रविष्टि द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।
(V) कम सं 0 714 के सामने स्तम्भ 3 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियां " अन्नामालय , पंजलासा, नजदीक नारायणगढ़ , जिला- अम्बाला हरियाणा " प्रविष्टि द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी । उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी IV मुक्त प्रतीकों की सूची में प्रविष्टि " 18. बंगला " विलोपित की जाएंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th March , 2005
O.N. 8 (E) . In pursuance of sub - paragraph (2) of paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols (Reservation & Allotment ) Order, 1968, the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following further amendments to its Notification No. 56/2004/JUD.III , dated 22.03.2004 , as amended vide Notification No.56/2004 ( i ) /JUD.III , dated 03.09.04, and further amended vide Notification No.56/2005 / J.S.III , dated 05.01.2005 , namely: -
I. In Table II ( State parties) , appended to the said Notification-
(i) against Serial No. 4, relating to Bihar , : -
(a) After the existing entries , the following entries shall be inserted under Column 3, 4 & 5 respectively:

In Table III (Registered un - recognised parties ) , appended to the said Notification- (i) after the existing entries at Sl . No. 730 , the following entries shall be inserted under Column 1,2 & 3 respectively : -

(v) against Sl . No. 714, the existing entries under Column 3 , shall be substituted by the entries "Anamalay , Penjlasa: Near Naraingarh , Dist . Ambala, (Haryana)" .

In Table IV ( list of free Symbols ) , the entries " 18. Bungalow" shall be deleted.
