का.आ. 415 ( अ ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 (1952का 74) की धारा 5 के अधीन नेशनल बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रेड, इन्दौर द्वारा मान्यता के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को रेपसीड/ सरसों, रेपसीड/सरसों के तेल और रेपसीड/सरसों की खली में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 1 जून, 2005 से 31 मई, 2010 (दोनों दिन शामिल ) तक की अगले पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता का नवीनीकरण करती है।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता का नवीनीकरण इस शर्त के अध्याधीन किया जाता है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 24th March, 2005
S.O.415 (E ).- The Central Government , having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , the application for grant of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation) Act, 1952 ( 74 of 1952) , by the National Board of Trade, Indore and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of five years from 1st June , 2005 to 31st May, 2010 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Rapeseed/ Mustard seed , Rapeseed/ Mustard seed Oil & Rapeseed/ Mustard seed cake.
The renewal of recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions , as may , from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .

i का.आ. 416 ( अ ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 74) की धारा 5 के अधीन सुरेन्द्र नगर कॉटन, ऑयल्स एंड ऑयल सीड्स एसोसिएशन लिमिटेड, सुरेन्द्रनगर द्वारा मान्यता के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त एक्सचेंज को कपास, कॉटन और बिनौला में अग्रिम संविदा के संबंध में 1.4.2005 से 31.3.2008 (दोनों दिन शामिल) तक की अगले तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता का नवीनीकरण करती है।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता का नवीनीकरण इस शर्त के अध्याधीन किया जाता है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज दायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय - समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for grant of recognition made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) , by the Surendranagar Cotton, Oils and Oilseeds Association Ltd. , Surendranagar and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act , renewal of recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of three years from 1.4. 2005 to 31.3.2008 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in kapas , cotton and cottonseed .
The renewal of recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions , as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission.

का.आ. 417( अ) - केंद्र सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 74) की धारा-15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कि सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पोलीमर्स पर उक्त धारा के उपबंध उस पूरे क्षेत्र में लागू होंगे जिसमें उक्त अधिनियम लागू होता है और अधिसूचना जारी होने की तिथि को इस अधिनियम की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का आगे प्रयोग करते हुए वस्तुओं में भावी सौदा व्यापार बंद होने के समय प्रचलित दर को उस दर के रूप में नियत करती है जिस पर उक्त तिथि को या उससे पहले ऐसी कोई अग्रिम संविदा की जाती है और उक्त तिथि के बाद की जाने के लिए शेष रहती है तो ऐसी स्थिति में उसे बंद हुआ माना जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 24th March, 2005
S.O.417 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 15 of the Forward Contracts ( Regulation) Act , 1952 ( 74 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions of the said section shall apply to polymers , in the whole of the territories to which the said Act extends with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette; and further in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the said Act, fixes the rate prevailing at the time at which the forward market in the said goods closed on the date of this notification , as the rate at which any such forward contract entered into on or before the date of this notification and remaining to be performed after the said date shall be deemed to be closed .

The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for grant of recognition, made under section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952) by the India Pepper and Spice Trade Association , Kochi and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a period of one year with effect from the date of publication of this notification in respect of forward contracts Rubber .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may from time to time , be given by the Forward Markets Commission.
