विषय: असंगठित/अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय आयोग का गठन-आयोग के पूर्णकालीन एवं अंशकालीन सदस्यों एवं सदस्य सचिव की नियुक्ति।
सं. 5( 2 ) /2004 - एसएसआई( सी )-1. सरकार ने दिनांक 20-9-2004 के संकल्प संख्या 5 ( 2 )/ 2004- आईसीसी के तहत असंगठित/अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय आयोग गठित किया है । इस आयोग का कार्यकाल 10 फरवरी , 2005 के संकल्प संख्या एफ-5 (2 )/2004- एसएसआई (सी) द्वारा दिनांक 20-9-2004 से एक वर्ष से बढ़ाकर तीन वर्ष किया गया है ।
2. आयोग में एक और पूर्णकालिक सदस्य और 2 अंशकालिक सदस्य तथा सदस्य सचिव की नियुक्ति के फलस्वरूप 20 सितम्बर, 2004 के संकल्प के पैरा -2 में दर्शाए गए गठन को संशोधित किया जाता है । इसलिए, उक्त संकल्प के पैरा 2 को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-

RESOLUTION
New Delhi , the 24th March, 2005
Subject: Constitution of a National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganized/Informal Sector-Appointmentof Full time and Part time Members and Member- Secretary of the Commission .
No. 5 (2)/ 2004- SSI ( C) .- 1 . The Government has constituted a National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganized/ Informal Sector under Resolution No. 5 (2) /2004 - ICC dated 20th September 2004. The term of the Commission has been extended from one year to three years w.e.f. 20-9-2004 vide Resolution No. F - 5 ( 2 )/2004 - SSI (C ) dated 10th February , 2005 .
2. Consequent upon the appointment of another full time and 2 part time Members and Member- Sccretary in the Commission , the constitution indicated in para 2 of the Resolution dated 20th September, 2004 would stand modified . Therefore , para 2 of the said Resolution stands replaced as follows:-
