सं. यू-13034/40 / 2004- जीपी. भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2004 की अधिसूचना सं. यू13034/40/ 2004- जीपी में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
No. U - 13034/ 40/ 2004-GP .- The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of HomeAffairs No. U- 13034/40/2004- GP dated 25th August, 2004.
In the said Notification for paragraph 4 the following paragraph shall be substituted , namely:-
उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना के पैराग्राफ 4 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः-
" 4. जांच पूरी की जाएगी तथा उसकी रिपोर्ट 31-5-2005 को या उससे पहले सरकार को प्रस्तुत की जाएगी । "
"4. The inquiry shall be completed and the report thereon submitted to the Government on or before 31-5-2005"

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide No. U - 13034/40/2004-GP dated 25th August , 2004 and subsequently amended vide Notification No. U- 13034/40/2004- GPdated 24th December , 2004.
प्रधान अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2004की अधिसूचना सं. यू- 13034 /40/ 2004- जीपी के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा उसके पश्चात् दिनांक 24-12-2004 की अधिसूचना सं. यू-13034/40/2004- जीपी के तहत उसमें संशोधन किया गया था ।
