का.आ. 420( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 29ख की उपधारा ( 2 ख ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 2 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सलाहकार समिति द्वारा दी गई सिफारिशों पर विचार करने के पश्चात् यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 477 ( अ ) तारीख 25 जुलाई , 1991 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -

S.O. 420 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (2A) read with Sub- section (2B ) of Section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government after considering the recommendations made to it by the Advisory Committee , hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 477 (E) dated the 25th July , 1991 , namely:-
