का.आ. 423 ( अ ) .- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 8 ( बी ) के अधीन प्रदंत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए मैं, पी. कार्तिकेयन, आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क मंगलूर, एतद्वारा न्यूमंगलूर परिक्षेत्र में दिनांक 21-9-1974 की अधिसूचना संख्या 2/74 ( एन.टी. ) द्वारा अधिसूचित परिक्षेत्र, जिसका माप 216 × 216 × 275 × 285 मीटर्स ( लगभग 60,000 वर्ग मीटर्स /करीब 14.93 एकड़) है, और न्यू मंगलूर पोर्ट द्वारा लार्सन एंड ट्यूब्रो लिमिटेड, माड्यूलार फेब्रिकेशन फेसिलिटि, मंगलूर को सौंपा गया है, उसमें से सीमा शुल्क परिक्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित करता हूं ।
अनधिसूचित परिक्षेत्र की सीमाएं निम्न प्रकार हैं ।
उत्तर : सिग्नल स्टेशन जाने वाले रास्ते पर, जो समुद्रतट पर स्थित एन.एम.पी.टी. के कम्पाउण्ड दीवार ( वॉल ) के उत्तर- पश्चिमी ( वायव्य ) रास्तेके समानांतर में है जो दक्षिणी क्वेस I , II , III पहुंचाने वाले एन.एम.पी.टी. के आंतरिक रोड हैं । इस उत्तर सीमा की लम्बाई 285 मीटर है जो चेन लिंक फेंसिंग से घेरा हुआ है । उत्तर पश्चिमी ( वायव्य ) सीमा परिधि 12 ° 56' 01.8 " उत्तर लाटिट्यूड पर है और 74 ° 48 ' 23.4 " पूर्व लांगिट्यूड पर है , उत्तर सीमा की उत्तर पूर्व ( ईशान्य ) परिधि 12 ° 56 ' 0.37 " उत्तर लाटिस्ट्यूड और 74 ° 48' 32.6 " लांगिट्यूड पर है ।
पूर्व : दक्षिणी क्वेस I , II, III पहुंचाने वाले आंतरिकं रोड पर, दक्षिण की तरफ जाने वाले एन.एम.पी.टी. के समुद्रतटीय कम्पाउण्ड दीवार (वॉल) से 390 मीटर दूरी पर पूर्वी परिधि शुरू होती है । उसकी लम्बाई 390 मीटर पाईंट से 216. मीटर है और चाईन लिंक से घेरा बनाया हुआ है । इस घेरे के उत्तर पूर्वी ( ईशान्य ) कोने 12 ° 56' 37 " उत्तर लाटिट्यूड और 74 ° 48' 32.6 " पूर्वी लांगिट्यूड पर है और पूर्वी घेरा की दक्षिण पूर्वी कोणे परिधि 12° 55' 56.6" उत्तर लाटिट्यूड और 74° 48' 33.7 " पूर्वी लांगिट्यूड पर है ।
दक्षिण: दक्षिण क्वेस I, II, III को जाने वाले आंतरिक रास्ते में एन.एम.पी.टी. के समुद्रतटीय साईड कम्पाउण्ड वॉल के 606 मीटर्स पाईंट से शुरू होकर पश्चिम की ओर जाती है जिसकी माप 275 मीटर्स है और सिगनल स्टेशन ( वी.टी.एम.एस. ) जाने वाले रास्ते पर स्थित एन.एम.पी.टी. के समुद्रतटीय कम्पाउण्ड वॉल के उत्तर पश्चिम कोने से 606 मीटर पर समाप्त होती है और आंशिक रूप से एन.एम.पी.टी. के भांडागार के कम्पाउण्ड वॉल से घेरा हुआ है और शेष भाग चेन लिंक्ड घेरा से बंधित है ।

[PART II-SEC. 3 ( ii) ] पश्चिम: सिगनल स्टेशन ( बी.टी.एम.एल. ) जाने वाले रास्ते में, समुद्रतटीय रास्ते पर स्थित एन.एम.पी.टी. कम्पाउण्ड से 390 मीटर की दूरी से लेकर एन.एम.पी.टी. भांडागार कॉप्लेक्स के उत्तर पश्चिम कोने तक है । इस घेरे ( परिधि ) की लम्बाई 216 मीटर है और एन.एम.पी.टी. कम्पाउंड तक सीमित है । दक्षिण- पश्चिम ( नैऋत्य ) पाईंट 12 ° 55' 55.4 " नार्थ और 74 ° 48' 25.6 " पूर्व लांगिट्यूड और उत्तर पश्चिम ( वायव्य ) 12 ° 56' 01.8" नॉर्थ लाटिट्यूड पर और 74°48' 23.4 " पूर्व लांगिट्यूड पर है ।

S.O. 423 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Commissioner of Customs under Section 8 (b) of the Customs Act, 1962 , I, P. Karthikeyan, Commissioner of Customs , Mangalore, herebyde - notify as Customs area with the dimensions of 216 × 216 × 275 × 285 meters ( about 60,000 square meters/about 14.93 Acres) as described below and allotted to M/s Larsen and Toubro Limited, Modular Fabrication Facility, Mangalore by the New Mangalore Port Trust from the Customs area notified at New Mangalore Port premises vide Notification No. 2/74 (NT) dated 21-9-1974 .
The boundaries of the area de - notified are as follows :
North : On the signal station (VTMS) approach road at 390 meters point from north west corner of beach road side compound wall of NMPT and parallel to beach road towards east touching the NMPT internal road leading to southern Quays I, II and III , this north boundary length measuring 285 meters bounded by chain link fencing . The north west point ofthe boundary is at 12 ° 56' 01.8 " N latitude and 74 ° 48'23.4 " E longitude and north east point of the northern boundary is at 12 ° 56'0.37 " N latitude and 74 °48 ' 32.6 " E longitude .
East: Along the internal road leading to southern Quays I , II and III , the eastern boundary starts at 390 meters point from beach road side compound wall of NMPT towards south and measuring a length of 216 meters from 390 meters point (from beach road) and bounded by chain link fencing . The north east point of the boundary is at 12 ° 56' 0.37 " N latitude and 74 °48' 32.6 " E longitude and south east point of the east boundary is at 12 °55 ' 56.6 " N and longitude 74 ° 48' 33.7 " Ε. South : The southern boundary starts from 606 meters point form beach road side compound wall ofNMPT on the internal road leading to southern Quays I, II and III , leading towards west measuring 275 meters ending at a point of606 meter point from the north west corner of the beach road side compound wall of NMPT, on signal station (VTMS ) approach road and bounded partly by NMPT godown compound wall and the balance bounded by a chain linked fencing . The south east point is at latitude 12 ° 55' 56.6 " N and longitude 74 ° 48' 33.7 " E and the south west point is at latitude 12 ° 55 ' 55.4 " N and 74°48' 25.6 " E longitude.
West : Along the signal station (VTMS ) approach road starts at 390 meters point from north west corner of beach roadside compound wall of NMPT, till the north west corner of NMPT Godown Complex. This boundary length measuring 216 meters and is bounded by NMPT compound wall . The south west point is at latitude 12 ° 55'55.4 " N and 74 °48' 25.6 " E longitude and the north west point is at 12 ° 56'01.8 " N latitude and 74 ° 48 ' 23.4 " E longitude.
