सं. 25/2005 -सीमा-शुल्क (एन.टी. )
का.आ. 450( अ ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 के खंड ( ख ) और खंड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय के राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 63/94- सीमा- शुल्क ( एन.टी. ) , तारीख 21 नवंबर, 1994 में निम्नलिखित का और संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में -
(क) आरंभिक पैरा में, दूसरे परन्तुक के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित परन्तुक अंत्तः स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:- परन्तुयह भी कि यात्री सामान की निकासी के प्रयोजन के लिए अदूसा को भूमि सीमा शुल्क स्टेशन नियत किया जाता है । (ख) सारणी में पाकिस्तान से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 7 के सामने स्तंभ ( 3 ) में मद संख्यांक ( 13 ) के पश्चात्निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th March, 2005 No. 25/2005- Customs (N.T.)
S.O. 450( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 63 /94- Customs (N.T. ) , dated 21st November, 1994 , namely:-
In the said notification-
(A) In the opening paragraph, after the second proviso , the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :--- Provided also that Adoosa is appointed as Land Customs Station for the purpose of clearance of baggage .
(B) In the Table , against serial number 7 relating to Pakistan, in column ( 3 ) , after item number ( 13 ) , the following shall be inserted, namely: -
