विषय:- 2010 में दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाले राष्ट्रमण्डल खेलों के आयोजन से सम्बन्धित कार्य में सहयोग करने के लिए मंत्रियों के समूह की वित्त उप - समिति का विस्तारण ।
फा. सं. 70-29/2005-खेल-2.-2010 में दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाले राष्ट्रमण्डल खेलों के आयोजन से सम्बन्धित कार्य में सहयोग करनेके लिए मंत्रियों के समूह की वित्त उप- समिति का गठन से संबंधित दिनांक 24 मई, 2005 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के अनुक्रम में मंत्रियोंके समूह के अध्यक्ष ने मंत्रियों के समूह की वित्त उप- समिति के सदस्य के रूप में सदस्य- सचिव ( योजना आयोग ) को शामिल करने का अनुमोदन कर दिया है ।
2. मंत्रियों के समूह की वित्त उप- समिति की संरचना अब निम्नानुसार है:-
( 1 ) श्री पी . चिदम्बरम, वित्त मंत्री
(2) श्री सुरेश कलमाडी, अध्यक्ष, आयोजन समिति, राष्ट्रमंडल खेल 2010
(3 ) सचिव, युवा कार्यक्रम और खेल मंत्रालय
(4) सचिव, शहरी विकास विभाग
(5 ) सदस्य- सचिव, योजना आयोग
(6 ) मुख्य सचिव, दिल्ली सरकार
(7 ) उपाध्यक्ष , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण
(8 ) महानिदेशक , भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण
(१ ) अपर सचिव, व्यय विभाग
(10 ) श्री निरंजन पंत, वित्तीय सलाहकार, ( जल संसाधन) सदस्य सचिव
3. वित्तीय उप- समिति की अन्य शर्तें/ विचारार्थ विषय पूर्ववत रहेंगे ।
4. इसे केन्द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री एवं मंत्रियों के समूह के अध्यक्ष के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जा रहा है ।

Subject: Enlargement of the Finance Sub-Committee of the GOM for Coordinating the work related to the organization of Commonwealth Games to be held in Delhi in 2010.
E. No. 70-29/2005 - SP - IL -In continuation of notification of even number dated 24th May, 2005 constituting Finance Sub - Committee (FSC) of the Group of Ministers (GOM) for Coordinating the work related to the organization of Commonwealth Games to be held in Delhi in 2010, the Chairman of GOM has approved the inclusion of Member - Secretary (Planning Commission ) as a member of the FSC ofGOM.
2.Now the composition of the Finance Sub - Committee of GOM is as follows:-
(1) Shri P. Chidambaram, Minister of Finance .
(ii) Shri Suresh Kalmadi , Chairman, Organizing Committee, Commonwealth Games 2010 .
(iii) Secretary, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
(iv) Secretary, Department of Urban Development .
(v) Member - Secretary, Planning Commission.
(vi) Chief Secretary, Govt . ofDelhi .
(vii ) Vice Chairman, DDA.
(viii) Director General , Sports Authority of India .
(ix) Additional Secretary, Department of Expenditure.
(x) Shri Niranjan Pant, Financial Adviser (Water Resources )--Member Secretary.
3. The other terms and conditions /terms of references of the FSC remains the same .
4.This issues with the approval of Union Minister for Human Resource Development and Chairman , GOM.
