का.आ. 1582 (अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का. 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा उक की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1063 (अ) तारीख 27 जुलाई , 2005, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग- II खण्ड 3 उपखण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, के द्वारा राजस्थान राज्य के बूंदी जिले की बूंदी तहसील में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 76 के कि.मी. 338.000 से कि. मी. 378.000 तक के भूखण्ड का निर्माण (चार लेन) करने के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थी ;
और, उक्त अधिसूचना का सार "राजस्थान पत्रिका " और "दैनिक भास्कर" में दोनों तारीख 10 अगस्त, 2005 को प्रकाशित किया गया था ;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी को कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुए ;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उघ की उपधारा (1 ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट दे दी है ;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त रिपोर्ट के प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा उघ की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह घोषणा करती है कि इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि का पूर्वोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए अर्जन किया जाना है ;

और, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धागा उघ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन पर, इससे संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि सभी विल्लगंमों से मुक्त आत्यन्तिक रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित हो जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st October, 2005
S.O. 1582 (E ) . Whereas , by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 1063 (E) , dated the 27th July, 2005 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part- II , Section- 3 , Sub- section (ii ) and issued under sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) , the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule appended to the said notification for the public purpose of building ( four laning ) of National Highway No. 76 on the stretch of land from km 338.000 to km 378.000 in District Bundi , in the State of Rajasthan;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in the Rajasthan Patrika and Dainik Bhaskar , both dated 10th August , 2005 ;
Andwhereas , no objections have been received by the competent authority;
And whereas , in pursuance of sub-section ( 1 ) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government ;
Now, therefore , upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3D of the said Act , the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose ;
And further, in pursuance of sub - section (2) of section 3D of the said Act , the Central Government hereby declares that on the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in Schedule annexed hereto , shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances .
