का.आ. 1593(अ ) .- भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) के संकल्प सं. 8/35/2005 - ई.एस. , तारीख 11 नवम्बर, 2005 के अनुसरण में निश्चित सार्वजनिक महत्त्व के कतिपय विषयों की, जो उक्त संकल्प में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्देश निबंधनों में उपवर्णित है, जड़ तक पहुंचने के लिए, ' न्यायमूर्ति आर. एस. पाठक जांच प्राधिकरण ' के रूप में नामित एक प्राधिकरण की स्थापना की जाती है;
[फा. सं. 8/35/2005- ई.एस. ] राकेश सिंह, संयुक्त सचिव और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि इस अधिसूचना के उपाबंध मेंविनिर्दिष्ट जांच आयोग अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 60 ) के उपबंध उक्त प्राधिकरण को लागू किए जाने चाहिए;

NOTIFICATION
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार जांच आयोग अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 60 ) की धारा 11 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निदेश देती है कि इस अधिसूचना के उपाबंध में विनिर्दिष्ट उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध उक्त प्राधिकरण को लागू होंगे ।

Whereas in pursuance ofthe Reso- lution ofGovernment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) Number 8 /35 /2005 -E.S . , dated the 11th November, 2005, an Authority named as the Jus- tice R.S. Pathak Inquiry Authority has been set up to go into the root of certain matters of definite public impor- tance as set out in the terms of reference specified in the said Resolution;

notification should be made applicable to the said Author- ity.
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 11 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act , 1952 (60 of1952), the Central Government hereby directs that the provisions ofthe said Act specified in the Annexure to this notification shall apply to the said Authority.
