सं. 35/2005- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क (गै. टै. )
सा.का.नि. 661 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 35 ख की उप - धारा ( 1 ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 24/2005- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) सा.का.नि. 304 ( अ ) , दिनांक 13 मई, 2005 में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, नामतः:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्र.सं. 5 एवं उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः:-

New Delhi , the 14th November, 2005 No. 35/2005 -Central Excise (NT)
G.S.R. 661 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1B) of Section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944(1 of 1944 ), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue , No. 24/2005 -Central Excise ( NT ) , 2005, G.S.R. 304 (E) , dated the 13th May, 2005 , namely:--
Inthe Table annexed to the said notification , for Sl . No. 5 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
