का.आ. 1612 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अंतर्राज्यिक प्रवासी कर्मकार ( नियोजन का विनियमन एवं सेवा शर्तें ) अधिनियम, 1979 ( 1979 का 30 ) की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 19 नवम्बर, 1988 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग- II , खण्ड-3, उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 1988 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3441 (अ ) के अधिक्रमण में, इस अधिक्रमण के पहले से किए गए अथवा हटाए गए कृत्यों के अलावा, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 1 ) में उद्धृत अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 12 तथा 16 के प्रयोजन हेतु विनिर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी निर्दिष्ट करती है जो उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 2 ) में निर्दिष्ट क्षेत्राधिकार के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत विनिर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे तथा कार्य करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th November, 2005
S.O. 1612(E) . In pursuance of Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 12ofthe Inter -State Migrant Workmen (Regulation ofEmployment and Conditions ofService) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour Number S.O. 3441 (E) , dated the 31st October, 1988, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section-3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 19th November, 1988 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby specifies the officers mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule below to be the specified authority for the purpose of Section 12 and Section 16 of the said Act who shall exercise thepowers and discharge the functions of the specified authority under the said Act within the jurisdiction as specified in column (2) of the said Schedule.

का.आ. 1613(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अंतर्राज्यिक प्रवासी कर्मकार ( नियोजन का विनियमन एवं सेवा शर्तें ) अधिनियम , 1979 ( 1979 का 30 ) की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 19 नवम्बर, 1988 को भारत केराजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड-3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 1988 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3443 ( अ ) , के अधिक्रमण में, इस अधिक्रमण के पहले से किए गए अथवा हटाए गए कृत्यों के अलावा, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 1 ) में उद्धृत अधिकारियों को अपीलीय अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है जी उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा अथवा इसके अंतर्गत अपीलीय अधिकारियों को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम 2में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्राधिकार की सीमाओं के भीतर प्रयोग करेंगे ।

In exercise of the powers confcrred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 11 ofthe Inter - State Migrant Workmen(Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979 ) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour Number S. O. 3443 (E) , dated the 31st October 1988 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section -3, Sub -section ( ii ) , dated the 19th November, 1988 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby nominates officers mentioned in column ( 1 ) ofthe Schedule below to be the appellate officers who shall exercise the powers conferred on appellate officers by or under the saidAct within the jurisdiction as specified in column (2) of the said Schedulc .

In exercise of the powers conferred byclauses (a) and (b) of Section 7 of the Inter -State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act , 1979 (30 of 1979) and in supersession of the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Labour number S. O. 255 (E) , dated the 27th March, 1985, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section - 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 27th March; 1985 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule given below, Gazetted officers of Government, to be the Licensing Officers who shall exercise the powers conferred on Licensing Officers by or under the said Act, within the limits of their jurisdiction as specified.in the column(2) of the said Schedule .
