का.आ. 1616 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भवन एवं अन्य निर्माण कर्मकार ( रोजगार का विनियमन एवं सेवा- शर्तें) अधिनियम , 1996 ( 1996 का 27 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 14 मार्च, 1997 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रमः एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय की दिनांक 14 मार्च , 1997 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 195 ( अ ) , के अधिक्रमण में, इस अधिक्रमण के पहले से किए गए अथवा हटाए गए कृत्यों के अलावा, नीचे दी गयी अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 1 ) में उद्धृत अधिकारियों को नियुक्त करती है जो सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी होने के कारण पंजीकरण अधिकारी होंगे तथा जो उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा अथवा इसके अंतर्गत पंजीकरण अधिकारियों को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्राधिकार में प्रयोग करेंगे ।

S.O. 1616(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) and in supersession ofthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 195 (E ), dated the 14th March, 1997, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section (ii ) , dated the 14th March, 1997 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the Officers mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule below, being Gazetted Officers of the Government to be the registering officers who shall exercise the powers conferred on registering officers by or under the said Act, having jurisdiction as specified in column (2 ) ofthe said Schedule.

No. S. - 11011 / 1 /2005 -BL| का.आ. 1617(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भवन एवं अन्यनिर्माण कर्मकार (रोजगार का विनियमन एवं सेवा- शर्तें ) अधिनियम, 1996 (1996 का 27 ) की धारा 9 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों काप्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 14 मार्च, 1997 को भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग -11 खण्ड-3, उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय की दिनांक 14 मार्च, 1997 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 197( अ) , के अधिक्रमण में, इस अधिक्रमण के पहले से किए गए अथवा हटाए गए कृत्यों के अलावा , नीचे दी गयी अनुसूचीके कॉलम (1 ) में उद्धृत अधिकारियों को अपीलीय अधिकारियों के रूप में नामित करती है तथा जो उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा अथवा इसके अंतर्गत अपीलीय अधिकारियों को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्राधिकार में प्रयोग करेंगे ।

S.O. 1618 ( E) . In exercise of the powers vested in it under Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 42 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service ) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofLabour number S.O. 198 ( E) , dated the 14thMarch, 1997, published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordi- nary, Part II , Section -3 , Sub - section (ii ) , dated the 14thMarch, 1997, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner ( Central ) , New Delhi in the Office ofthe ChiefLabour Commissioner ( Central) New Delhi as the Director General of Inspection under the saidAct with immediate effect.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Emlployment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 197 (E) , dated the 14th March 1997, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub-section ( ii ) , dated the 14th March, 1997 , except as re- spects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby nominates the officers mentioned in column ( 1 ) of the Schedule below, to be the Appellate Officers who shall exercise the powers conferred on appellate officer by or under the said Act, having jurisdiction as specified in column (2) of the said Schedule .
