सा.का.नि. 675( अ ).- सीमाशुल्क और केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1995 नियम 3 के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 36/2005- सी.शु. (गै. टै. ), दिनांक 2 मई, 2005, सा.का.नि. सं. 267(अ) दिनांक 2 मई, 2005 (जिसे इसमें इसके बाद उक्त अधिसूचना कहा जाएगा ) में निम्नलिखित और आगे संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
