सं. 103/2005 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै )
सा.का.नि. 677 ( अ ) .- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उप - खण्ड ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( कक ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 की अधिसूचना सं. 12/ 1997 -सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , सा.का.नि. 193 ( अ ) में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, नामतः: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, क्रम सं. 1 के सामने, आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य से संबंधित, कॉलम (3 ) में मद ( vii ) पर प्रविष्टि तथा कॉलम ( 4 ) में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः : -

G.S.R. 677(E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( aa) of Sub - section ( 1) read with Sub - section (2) of Section 7 ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) .
No. 12/ 1997 -CUSTOMS (N.T.) , G.S.R. 193 (E) , dated the 2nd April, 1997 , namely:---
Inthe table to the said Notification, against the serial number 1 , relating to the State of Andhra Pradesh, in column (3 ) , forthe entry at item ( vii) and corresponding entry in coloumn (4) , the following shall be substituted, namely :
