सा.का.नि. 678 ( अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, अधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 51 ) की धारा 31 की उप - धारा ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ नियमावली , 1967 के नियम 7 का संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
1. ( i ) इन नियमों का नाम स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ ( संशोधन ) नियमावली , 2005 है ।
( ii ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ नियमावली , 1967 के नियम 7 के उप- नियम 3 ( क ) को हटा दिया गया है ।
[फा. सं. वी. 17020/ 84/2005 - एम.ई.--11 ] वालसम्मा के. डेनियल, अवर सचिव टिप्पणी: -प्रमुख नियम अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 460 , दिनांक 29-3-1967 के तहत प्रकाशित किए गए थे ।
उसके बाद निम्नलिखित द्वारा संशोधन किया गया :-
(i ) अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 2480 दिनांक 13-6-1969
( ii ) अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 1626 दिनांक 3-7-1969
(iii ) अधिसूचना सं. सा.का. नि. 404 दिनांक 13-7-1978
(iv) अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 223 ( अ ) दिनांक 22/24-3-1984
( v ) अधिसूचना सं. वी. 17020/21/2000 - एमई ( पीजी ) ( भाग- II ) दिनांक 15 मई, 2002- भाग- II , 3 ( i ) में प्रकाशित

NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 678 ( E ).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 31 , the Post Graduate Institute ofMedical Education and Research, Chandigarh Act, 1966 (51 of 1966), the Central Government, after consultation with the PostGraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research , Chandigarh , hereby amend the Rule 7 of the Post Graduate Institute ofMedical Education and Research , Chandigarh Rules, 1967 namely :--
1. ( i) These Rules may be called the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research , Chandigarh (Amendment) Rules , 2005.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2.In the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research , Chandigarh Rules , 1967, Sub- rule 3 (A) of Rule 7 stands deleted .
