का.आ. 1646 (अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा उक की उपधारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का० आ0 594 (अ ) , तारीख 28 अप्रैल, 2005 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2 , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात : -
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, -
(क) स्तंभ (2) में " 89 / 1 बी 2 ", " 91 बी/ 2 सी 1 ", " 91 बी/ 2 डी 1 " और " 92/1 बी4ए " प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः " 89/1 बी1 भाग ", "91 बी/ 2 सी 2 भाग ", " 91 बी/2डी 2 भाग" और "92/1 बी4 बी भाग ( नई संख्या 38 ) " प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जायेंगी;
(ख) स्तंभ (2) में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 92/1 बी 4ए " और स्तंभ (3 ) , (4) और ( 5) में दी गई उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को अन्तःस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात: -

उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उपधारा (1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना मे उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग के संबंध में आक्षेप कर सकेगा;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th November, 2005
S.O. 1646(E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3A of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S. O.594 ( E) , dated the 28th April , 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3, Sub-section (ii ) , namely : -
In the Schedule to the said notification , -
(a) in column (2) , for the entries " 89 / 1B2 " , " 91B/2C1 " , " 91B / 2D1 " and "92/ 1B4A" , the entries , " 89/ 1B1 Part " , " 91B/2C2 Part ", "91B/2D2 Part" , and " 92/ 1B4B Part ( New No.38) " respectively shall be substituted ;
(b) after Survey No. "92 / 1B4A " occurring in column (2) and the entries relating thereto in columns (3) , (4) and (5) , the following shall be inserted, namely: -

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty - one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , raise objection to the use of the such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3C of the said Act.
