नईदिल्ली , 25 नवम्बर, 2005 सं. 105/2005 ( एन.टी. ) सीमा शुल्क
का.आ. 1659 ( अ ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3 ) के खण्ड(क) के उपखण्ड (i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या 96/2005 (एन.टी)- सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर , 2005 (का.आ. 1542 (अ) ) दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर , 2005 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए निर्यात माल के संबंध में बोर्ड एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची-। और अनुसूची-II के स्तम्भ (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 दिसम्बर , 2005 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ (3) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित हैं: -

New Delhi, the 25th November, 2005 No. 105/2005 ( NT) CUSTOMS
S.O. 1659 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( i ) of clause (a) of sub - section (3 ) of section 14 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.96/2005- NT- Customs , dated the 26th October , 2005 [ S.O.1542 (E ) , dated the 26th October , 2005 ] , the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said section relating to export goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2 ) of each of Schedule I and Schedule II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st December , 2005 , be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof.
