का.आ. 1482(अ).-यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह मत है कि सम्पूर्ण नागालैंड राज्य की सीमा के भीतर आने वाला क्षेत्र ऐसी अशान्त या खतरनाक स्थिति में है जिससे वहां नागरिक प्रशासन की सहायता के लिए सशस्त्र बलों का प्रयोग करना आवश्यक है ।
2. अतः , अब, सशस्त्र बल ( विशेष शक्तियां ) अधिनियम, 1958 ( 1958 का संख्यांक 28 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए , एतद्वारा , उक्त सम्पूर्ण राज्य को 30 जून , 2011 से एक वर्ष की अवधि तक ' अशान्त क्षेत्र ' घोषित करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th June , 2011
S.O. 1482 (E). Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that the area comprised within the limits of the whole ofthe State ofNagaland is in such a disturbed or dangerous condition that the use of armed forces in aid of the civil power is necessary.
2. Now, therefore , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 3 of the Armed Forces (Special Powers ) Act , 1958 (No. 28 of 1958 ) the Central Government hereby declares that whole of the said State to be a ' disturbed area' for a period of one year with effect from the 30th June , 2011 for the purpose of that Act.
