गैर- सरकारी सदस्य के रूप में निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को तत्काल प्रभाव से नामित किया जाता है । यह बोर्ड हथकरघा क्षेत्र के समग्र विकास कार्यक्रमों के सृजन में सरकार को सलाह देगा ।

RESOLUTION
New Delhi , the 17th November, 2005
No. 1 / 55/ 2000 - DCHL / Coordn . /AIHB .- In continuation of Government of India Gazette Notifications No. 299 dated the 23rd December, 2004 , (Resolution No. 1/ 55/2000 -DCHL/Coordn. /AIHB , dated the 20th December, 2004), No. 50dated the 18th February, 2005 (Resolution No. 1 / 55/ 2000 - DCHL/ Coordn. /AIHB dated the 10th February, 2005 ) and No. 70 dated the 23rd March , 2005 (Resolution No. 1 /55/2000 -DCHL/ Coordn . /AIHB dated the 17th March , 2005) the following person has also been appointed as non-Official Member of the All India Handloom Board , with immediate effect , constituted under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Minister of Textiles on 20th December, 2004. The Board will advise the Government in the formulation of overall development programmes in the Handloom Sector.
